Hi, My name is Bernard Ward

I'm a photographer from Derry!

​I fell in to photography by chance when I won a Sony A330 camera in one of my old jobs and I haven’t looked back since. I was addicted to taking pictures. Over the next 10 years my love for photography grew and I set up my DerryPhotos page
I have loved making images since I was a boy and with a love of technology and design this made for a natural progression in to a career in photography. I am a perfectionist when it comes to making images and I believe emotions and story telling are key in the perfect picture.
